Sponsorship Information

For the quickest response please use our preferred method of accepting and reviewing sponsorship proposals which is via our new online Racer Support application, which can be filled out by clicking here. We are accepting racer résumés and online application submissions through our website until January 31, 2009.

For the upcoming 2010 race season we have made numerous changes to our sponsorship program. Most important is the new new online Racer Support application, making it easier than ever to apply for sponsorship from Moto Tassinari. Please be sure to carefully read the guidelines and strictly adhere to them when submitting applications for racer support. We do not accept emailed resumés. Resumés that do not meet the criteria outlined below will unfortunately be discarded upon receipt.

At Moto Tassinari we believe in, "supporting the sports that support us." Yeah, we know it sounds like a cliché, but we were all racers at one time or another and we understand the importance of getting a break here and there. We get almost a thousand requests each year for sponsorship. The sheer volume of requests makes it impossible for us to discuss individual inquiries over the phone. And of course, the huge number of requests we receive also means we're forced to say, "no" to many of the people and organizations who approach us for support. We welcome your racing résumés for review regarding our "racer support" program. However, there are a few guidelines you should adhere to when sending in résumés for review&

If you are a Motorcycle, ATV, PWC or Snowmobile racer interested in sponsorship
Give us a short bio of yourself and be sure to include any information you feel is important regarding your character and racing. Make sure to include all the information we need to contact you. An address and phone number is a must. If you have e-mail, please include that as well. Also, put your return address on the résumé, not just the envelope. We regularly receive résumés with no return address making it impossible to contact the racer. Résumés that do not include accurate contact information will be discarded. Always give us a clear idea of your planned racing agenda for the upcoming season, including some idea of racer and spectator turnout. Also, the number of events you plan to attend and what the sanctioning body of racing is for the events. Please include your racing results from previous years and any important information pertaining to past highlights.

It is also a good idea to include a color photo of yourself in action or even a photo of you and your race setup (i.e.. your snowmobile and trailer or motorcycle and trailer).Try to keep the résumé simple... a bio, contact information, racing agenda, past racing results and a photo is sufficient enough to provide us with the information we need to make a decision. We do not accept sponsorship applications via email. Sorry, but due to the large number of "spam" requests only hard-copy applications will be considered. We ask that you refrain from an immediate "follow-up" call to confirm that we have received your proposal. Due to the high volume of résumés and proposals we receive we cannot discuss each and every situation with everyone. If after three weeks you have not received a mailed response, please call us at that time to verify we have received your résumé. We do accept résumés with more than one racer. If you are applying for sponsorship for your race team or several family members your best chances are to submit individual résumés for each racer requesting support.

If you are an organizer of a race event, fund-raising event, auction, awards banquet or other event
Please mail us a proposal for review. Your proposal should include an exact description of your planned event, other sponsors, expected turn-out and what you are looking for from Moto Tassinari. We ask that you refrain from an immediate "follow-up" call to confirm that we have received your proposal. Due to the high volume of résumés and proposals we receive we cannot discuss each and every situation with everyone. If after three weeks you have not received a mailed response, please call us at that time to verify we have received your proposal.

Please remember that we get almost a thousand requests for racer support each season. Obviously it is impossible to offer support to everyone. Be realistic in your expectations. As a small company and to stretch our limited sponsorship resources, Moto Tassinari offers almost no free product and no monetary sponsorships. Most sponsorship opportunities are in the form of product discount. However we do not only sponsor professional racers so don't be afraid to send in your résumé for consideration.
